Who texts you

The shop, from 347-689-4278, and your stylist. Sometimes your stylist texts from their own phone.

A person sends every text. Nothing goes out from an automated system.

What the texts are for

• Your appointments.
• A thank-you after your visit.
• A request to leave us a review.

Nothing else unless we ask you again first.

How often

A few texts per visit.

How to stop

Reply STOP to whoever texted you, or tell anyone at the shop. We add your number to the shop's do-not-text list, and that list covers the shop and every stylist.

Your number goes on the list within 10 business days.

Texting hours

We only text between 8 AM and 9 PM, New York time.

Cost

Msg and data rates may apply.

Not required to book

You can say no to texts and still book. Walk in or call the shop.

Privacy

The info form collects:

• Your name and phone number.
• Your Instagram, if you give it.
• The stylist you picked.
• Whether you said yes to texts, and when.
• Which QR code or link you used to get to the form.

It's stored with the website's host, Netlify, for the shop. We never sell it and never give it to anyone else.

Right now only the shop's owners and the shop's web designer can see it. If a stylist is ever given access, they only see their own customers.

Ask us to delete it any time, in the shop or at 347-689-4278.
